I hope you all enjoy new training approach we introduce you to in our TURBO block. Either way, we shall continue our run to the end!
Do your regular warm-up and after that do a horse stance for 1 minute, then do the following circuit for 5 rounds without rest:
1. Hindu push-ups.
Do 5-10 reps.
2. Spartan Squats.
It is better to do them standing on one leg and holding something for balance with both hands. Squat with one leg and move the other backwards. Do not bend the back, hold it straight even when you lean forwards.
Do 5-10 reps for each leg.
3. Pull-ups with tucked knees. This may be a difficult exercise because of its novelty and needed coordination. Bend your knees to 90 degrees and raise them to the chest. If you are able to, do L-sit pull-ups.
