5 exercises for 6 pack ABS!

1) Lying leg raises
2) Hanging leg raises
3) Side 2 Side
4) Windshield wipers
5) Static hold (maximum time!)

Perform each exercise 10-15 reps. Do 4-5 sets of each exercise. Rest NO MORE than 45 seconds between sets. Focus on squeezing abs muscles, not just going through reps.
