Here's a fun 2 minute workout. Repeat 5 times and you will be glad you did.
Make 2 SOLID platforms between 12-18" high. Space them at a comfortable position wider than shoulder width. Alternate between 5 dips and 5 pushups for 3 sets, and then do the alternating pushup drill 3 times. Rest and repeat all for 5 times. Quick. Easy. Fun. Effective.
