Trying to get back to some high intensity sets, Pushing myself a little harder. 5 muscle ups,10 handstand push ups,15 dips 22 pull ups and 10 sec static hold one set. And the 5,4,3,2,1 muscle up bar dip routine. Got alot of reps in today and still could have done more. Shout to the real Heavy Hitters who throw out constant motivation and always push the culture in the right direction.
