Another suggestion for a workout, by Dan Wood, if you only have 10 minutes. The aim is not to do it as quick as you can; keep your form clean and if you don't finish, you don't finish.

DAN'S WORKOUT:
4 sets of 25 x paralette push ups
10 x L seat to bent arm handstand
10 x impossible push ups
1 x paralette impossible attempt
