My transformation from 63 kg (139lbs) to 85 kg (188lbs) has been done using a variety of mainly calisthenics, plyometrics, some cardiovascular fitness and occasionally some weight training. It's been a long 5 years with lots of adversity called life but you have to keep moving forward. This video shows you an overall of the workouts i have done to get to this point on my fitness journey. Just remember that any normal person with DEDICATION and WILLPOWER can achieve a strong body and mind! Set GOALS in your life and ACCOMPLISH them, always give the best of yourself and MOTIVATE the ones around you.
