This is a full body routine. 3 Basic exercises done in sync Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Push-Ups all done in that sequence. You start at 10 with each exercise and do a drop rep all the way to 1 NON-STOP but you MUST complete in 3 MINUTES OR LESS. This routine is great for all the major & minor muscle in upper and lower body, it's also a great cardio and strength training routine.
