If you work with this standards don't forget: Each rep is 4 seconds.
Yellow: Most benefit
Blue: Less benefit
Green: Least benefit

Example:
Goal: Hypertrophie
Exercise: Pull Up
Rep Rage: 8 Reps
Time under Tension: 32 seconds (8 reps x4 seconds)
