All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE DARK SIDE OF FORCE! 😃

Set a timer to 40secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 SITH exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those SITH Calories Burning 😃

VADER LUNGES - 40sec
SIDIOUS SQUATS - 40secs
KYLO CRUNCH - 40secs
MAUL STRIKES - 40secs
DOOKU TWISTS - 40secs
