a set consisiting of some power moves half of which are assisted, this is after a burnt out week, i will do this set again much cleaner form when not aching, starts off with 2 rise ups (impossibles) with a bit of help because not static giving myself a little push straight into assisted half forearm maltese which i have been working on some time, a move i explored with when creating a new move on bar which helps for every power move, staright into assisted forearm victorian not good form, up into straddle planche, full planche down into plank straight back into assisted vicorian back down to hands our front lever
