The New York Barstarzz & Miami Barstarzz meet up in Lake City,
Florida after the Ny Barstarzz ended their East Coast Fitness Tour.

In this 3 Part series, the Team meets up with the "I muscle up"
crew for a pull up jam, and later travels back to miami to have have
a Barstarzz reunion and to train with the "Barfather" Giant, and his
team the Bartendaz on the famous Bars of South Beach,
Miami Florida!
