Week 5 (100reps), Day 5
This was the 5th & last week of the Gwen Ro 5/100 Fitness Challenge. These videos were not meant for Youtube. I intended to post them to a Facebook challenge group, but Facebook has disabled my video uploads for the time being.
5 Exercises (Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Squats, Push ups, then Sit ups, (optional) Pull ups) 5 Days Per Week for 5 Weeks. Each week you increase the reps by 20
My camera takes a maximum of 23 minutes per video clip, and the Week 5 sessions were +30 min, so i recorded in clips.
