The "Ed 100" 100 Reps Workout Routine / Challenge

This a routine freestyled on location, we had some free time while we were touring through Maryland. The format to come up with the routine was you had to complete 100 reps of several different exercises. Once done you name it.

10 L Seat Pull Ups
10 Tucked Push Ups
10 Parallel Dips
10 Straight Bar Dips
10 Jumping Squats
10 Side Knee Raises
10 L Seat Pull Ups
10 Tucked Push Ups
5 Jumping Squats
10 Side Knee Raises
5 Front Lever Raises
