IFBB Pro and European Men's Physique champion Ryan Terry tried a new challenge - the extremely difficult Human Flag. Top bodyweight training and calisthenics expert Kris Karlsson is on hand to guide Ryan through the move, which requires great strength as well as technique and co-ordination. This 'whole body' move is very different from the isolation and resistance training Ryan uses for building muscle.
