Hey guys!
I've been asked to post more of my actual routine. So here is it! I filmed one set of every exercise that is currently do in my routine to give you an overview of what it consists of and how it's structured.

My routine is split into two different days. Which are as following:

Day 1:
A1 Wall Handstand: 3 x 36s
B1 Pull-Ups: 3 x 8
B2 Ring Dips: 3 x 5
C1 L-Hang: 3 x 12s
D1 Bodyweight Rows: 4 x 12
D2 Diamond Push-Ups: 4 x12

Day 2:
A1 Wall Handstand: 3 x 36s
B1 False Grip Bulgarian Ring Rows: 3 x 5
B2 Wall HeSPU: 3 x 4
C1 L-Hang: 3 x 12s
D1 Bodyweight Rows: 4 x 12
D2 Diamond Push-Ups: 4 x12

I've build my routine with the help of the book "Overcoming Gravity" by Steven Low. I can recommend it to anyone who want's to know more about gymnastics training!

I always start my workouts with my skill work (RTO Support, Handstands) after warming up. After that I do my two main push and pull exercises (Pull-Ups + Ring Dips or Bulgarian Ring Rows + Wall HeSPU). Following them I do some core work (L-Hang currently to condition myself to be able to do L-Sit Pull-Ups in the future). And to finish off my workout I do two easier push and pull exercises to work on the basics and have some fun. Those two exercises aren't as strict as the other anc can change from time to time.

If you have any questions just ask them. I will gladly answer all of them!

Thanks for watching!
