Montage of ab/core calisthenics over the past 6 weeks. Includes front levers, L sit and ab wheel roll outs. I started filming workouts about 6 weeks ago, and it has motivated me greatly. I am grateful for all the positive feedback, support and encouragement I have had from small but dedicated group of viewers. It has motivated me to improve, and kept me training on days when I didn't want to. Every positive comment and "like" has helped me improve as much as every rep I have performed. We all motivate each other. In those 6 weeks I have improved my FL hold from 10 secs to 23, so it seems to be working. And I intend to keep pushing. Thanks for watching. Train hard.
