2)One hand push ups 2x max
3)Diamond push ups 2x max
4)Standard push ups 2x max
5)Wide push ups 2x max
6)Tricep extension (from bar) 2x max
7) Hindu push ups 2x max
8)Tricep extension (from bench) 2x max
Arms and Back day(chicken hands)
all with 5-12 kg in back
45-60 min program
1)One hand pull ups (with support) 3x max
2)Archers pull ups 2x max
3)Close grip pull ups 2x max
4)Classical pull ups 2x max
5)Close down grip pull ups 2x max
And one day some shity cardio.
One day every moth i need a hell for my body, so i think about one day Heria workout(THNX workout)....but it is not exactly)))
