Actually, we move through last week of basic block and prepare for the huge portion of new, cool information! In Advanced block we will take a close look on our exercises, discuss some new aspects, will add some freestyle to our training, improve our strength and learn new exercises!
One more thing! I recommend you to check your maximums in exercises (especially in those, where you wanted to improve) and sum up your progress after ending basic block of our program. So, be ready that we devote 49th day to this. You can rest or make some lightweight training in a day before in order to be fresh and strong. From 50th day we will start new awesome part of our program!
