Thats Right!! There's a New Episode in the Star Wars Saga about to be released... 'THE LAST JEDI' In Homage to this exciting new release, I'm Bringing to you your very own 'JEDI' HIIT Workout.

All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! 😃

Set a timer to 40secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning 😃

QUI-GON LUNGES - 40sec
SKYWALKER SQUATS - 40secs
YODA CRUNCH - 40secs
OBI-WAN STRIKES (LEFT) - 40secs
OBI-WAN STRIKES (RIGHT) - 40secs
