I lot of people ask me how I started training my body, so I decided to make a video. This one is all about pressing, because otherwise the video would be too long. I will also make a PULLING video as soon as I can, and if you'd like, I can also make one for legs, core and combined upper body pull-press...

I divided pressing into 6 parts:
3. HANDSTAND PUSHUPS (HSP)
4. TRICEP EXTENSIONS
5. PLANCHE PUSHUPS
6. MULTI-PLANE PRESSING
+ flexibility & out of alignment pushups
+ some different interesting pushups
+ partner assistance pushups
In each part are exercises sorted from beginner to advanced. Once you can do about 5 to 8 reps of a certain exercise I think you are ready to move to the next one.
Be sure to do the exercises with PROPER FORM AND FULL RANGE OF MOTION!
